2. Service Description

Doodh & Co provides untouched, single-origin milk delivery services exclusively in Pune and Mumbai. Our milk is never handled by human hands from farm to doorstep, ensuring zero adulteration and low bacteria count.

• All milk comes from our own farm (single-origin)
• Automated, sealed systems prevent tampering
• Bacteria count is 10-100x lower than conventional milk
• Service area limited to Pune and Mumbai only

3. Eligibility

Our services are available only to customers located in Pune and Mumbai. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Order Placement

Orders can be placed through our website or mobile application. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full before delivery. We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, and other digital payment options. Failed payments may result in order cancellation.

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery Area

We currently deliver only within Pune and Mumbai. Delivery addresses must be within our service area.

5.2 Delivery Schedule

We offer scheduled deliveries based on your subscription plan. Delivery times may vary based on location and demand. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the scheduled timeframe.

5.3 Delivery Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Subscription Services

6.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans for regular milk delivery. Subscription details, including frequency and pricing, will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

6.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You will be charged using your selected payment method on file.

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

7. Product Quality and Safety

We guarantee that all milk delivered is:

• Untouched by human hands throughout the process
• From our single-origin farm only
• Sealed in automated systems to prevent adulteration
• Tested for quality and bacteria count
• Delivered in sealed, tamper-proof containers

If you receive a product that appears tampered with or defective, please contact us immediately and do not consume the product.
